שירתה יותר משש שנים בחיל האוויר כקצינת מבצעים, מפקדת קורס קצינות מבצעים, קצינת הדרכה בטייסת קוברות ודוברת בחיל האוויר. השתחררה בדרגת סרן ושירתה במילואים כמפקדת מרכז תקשורת במשך שנים.

 

בוגרת תואר ראשון בתקשורת ומדע המדינה באוניברסיטת תל אביב (מצטיינת דיקאן). נבחרה לנציגת החוג למדע המדינה באגודת הסטודנטים.

 

במשך קרוב לעשור שימשה כמנהלת פיתוח עסקי ומנהלת פרויקטים בהיי טק בדרום מזרח אסיה.

 

ב-15 השנים האחרונות פעלה בהתנדברות כפעילה חברתית וקהילתית בתל אביב, שימשה כיו״רית הנהגת הורים של בית ספר ארזים בתל אביב וכן כנציגת וועד הורי תל אביב. לקחה חלק בהובלת מחאות שונות כגון מחאת הסרדינים לצמצום כמות התלמידים בכיתות (וועדת טרכטנברג), וכן פרויקטים התנדבותיים רבים בעיר.

 

בשנת 2018 התמודדה ברשימת יש עתיד למועצת העיר תל אביב יפו. כיהנה כמנהלת מטה ת״א מספר שנים עד למינויה למנהלת מרחב מרכז במטה השטח של מפלגת יש עתיד.

 

מתגוררת בתל אביב, אמא לשתי בנות.
