משה (קינלי) טור-פז, חבר קיבוץ כפר עציון, נשוי לשלומית ואב לחמישה. בוגר תואר ראשון במחשבת ישראל ובמקרא ותואר שני בהיסטוריה של עם ישראל בהצטיינות, שניהם מן האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. בעל תעודת הוראה ממכללת הרצוג. בוגר תכנית המנהיגות של קרן וקסנר באוניברסיטת הרווארד מחזור 2017.

רקע צבאי:
סגן-אלוף במילואים, שירת כמפקד גדודי הסיור של חטיבת שועלי מרום וכקצין אג"ם אוגדת עזה.

רקע חינוכי:
כיהן כיו"ר תנועת נאמני תורה ועבודה. שימש כמורה וכסגן מנהל בית הספר פלך בירושלים, כמנהל בית הספר העל-יסודי הדתי שק"ד בקיבוץ שדה אליהו, כראש מנהל החינוך בעיר ירושלים (מנח"י) וכמנכ"ל רשת החינוך של תנועת הקיבוץ הדתי.

מאמין ופועל לחיבורים בין חלקי החברה הישראלית ולקידום מערכת החינוך בישראל.
