הקמת ועדת חקירה ממלכתית לפרשת הצוללות אושרה בממשלה. קומבינת הצוללות וכלי השיט היא כתם על בטחון המדינה ועל הנהגת המדינה. זוהי פרשת השחיתות הביטחונית החמורה בתולדות המדינה. לפני חמש שנים הבטחנו שתוקם ועדת חקירה ממלכתית. למרות כל הלחצים וההתנגדות – קיימנו את ההבטחה. הגיע הזמן לחקור. הגיע הזמן לתת תשובות למערכת הביטחון, לחיל הים, לחיילי צה״ל ומפקדיו.
