פיצויים לעוטף עזה

אישרנו בוועדת הכספים תקנות הפיצויים לתושבים ולבעלי העסקים בעוטף עזה שנפגעו בעקבות מבצע "עלות השחר".

בתקנות ניתן מענה רחב לנזק העקיף שספגו תושבי האזור ובעלי המפעלים במהלך המבצע, כאשר לראשונה, ובהתאם להוראת ראש הממשלה יאיר לפיד, הפיצוי יינתן לא רק בגין ימי הלחימה של מבצע "עלות השחר", אלא החל מיום הטלת הגבלות התנועה ביישובים באזור.

ח"כ נירה שפק (יש עתיד): "התקנות שאושרו לא דומות לשום מענה שהיה קודם. זו פעם ראשונה שהתחייבות שנתנו לתושבים מומשו עד הסעיף האחרון. כל האמירות הקשות שנאמרו בעבר התחלפו בתחושת ביטחון ותקווה שיש מי ששומע אותנו, תושבי העוטף: מענה לעסקים, חקלאות, שכירים ועצמאים. הגדרה נכונה לאזור שיש לתת בו פיצויים, התאמת התקופה המזכה מיום הגבלות התנועה באזור ולא רק מתחילת הירי, מענה להורים שנשארו עם ילדיהם בבית, מענה בפיצוי עד 40 ק"מ, פישוט הליך הגשת הפיצויים ועוד. תודה לראש הממשלה יאיר לפיד שכל שהתחייב בפני התושבים מומש. תודה על החזרת תחושת הביטחון האישי והכלכלי לתושבים.״
